I have visited many places in Texas, California, Colorado, and Arizona, and I have had the opportunity to dine at a restaurant with a Michelin-starred chef. This place is on par with those establishments—truly a hidden gem in an unexpected location. The service, the flavor, the attention to detail, the speed of service, and the beauty of the venue make this restaurant one of a kind. The locals of Williston are fortunate to have such a place; for them, it’s a privilege, and for visitors, it’s a must. Every main dish is exquisite, and the baklava tastes as if it came straight from the heart of Istanbul.

A group consisting of 2 Egyptians one Colombian, one Australiaian and two Texans are in town for oil field training and wanted to try something different. We now have a new favorite restaurant. Food, service and atmosphere are 10 out of 10. We will be back.

Very neat place in Williston of all places. Wide array of cakes and baklava, and the service we received was exceptional. The mixed grill platter gives you the chance to sample a bit of everything and it was all seasoned well and delicious.

Just a smidgen on the pricier side but the food was absolutely worth every penny! I got the lamb gyro and it was phenomenal! The lamb slices were thick, perfectly cooked, and very juicy. The rice was fluffy and buttery and absorbed any juice from the lamb. The pickled red cabbage salad was the perfect accompaniment for the lamb and rice. The drinks are a bit pricey but they do serve you hot tea at no expense. My favorite was the goat milk ice cream for dessert and the cream filled pistachio baklava. Highly recommend this place to try atleast once if you're in the williston area!

This is the best restaurant in Williston, hands down. It’s better Turkish food than many places I’ve been to in Houston, which is saying something. The family that runs the place are super kind and generous to patrons. We’re blessed to have them in town.

Food was hands done prepared very well. Spice was great, friendly staff, very helpful, dessert was some of the best. So well done. I can't say enough about this place and their excellent work. Thank you for the food and experience.
